Per Chris, AYH will have one space vacant beginning Feb. 28, 2007.
However, the tenant would like to leave before hand and still pay
through the end date.

It is 885 sq. ft., 2nd floor, end unit space in building A facing the
main road and marina.  AYH's new lease terms are 3 year base at $32/sq.
ft. and one 2yr option.  The rent growth is 5% annual with $4.25 for
CAM.

I believe there are a couple of vacant suites (both under 300 sf)that
are difficult to lease.  There is a waiting list of potential tenants
for larger spaces.  Property mgr believes he will be fully leased
pending certain transactions that will consolidate these spaces.
