Dear Darren,

After all that Cecile has said about what kind of person you are, I feel like I can be truthful with you. I am freaking out here. I am rapidly running out of time.

My fault. I had felt all along that this was a done deal as far as Jeffrey was concerned…not that you didn’t need to review the details and do proper due diligence.

But here’s my problem today. I have to meet with the credit bankers tomorrow. Meanwhile, I have to have my package in the hands of the trustee a week from Monday. That package must include the bank’s letter of financing support. If I don’t have that I am out of the running for good and very embarrassed.  I have one week to find a new way to go after what I need for security if you are not able to provide it.

I have some folks waiting in the wing as I mentioned, but that is not my first choice for several reasons, not the least of which is the timing.

Can you please let me know where you are with this? I have applications to complete and they need to show what my investor/supporter is willing to provide for down payments and collateral.

And you and I need to work out the terms of the support and direct loans.

Help!!!!!  I need to know what to do here.

If I need to look elsewhere I need to let the bankers know that tomorrow and try to pull this off.

I hope that is not what I have to do…please let me know.
