could look as follows... I strongly believe that an
injustice is about to be done , and wanted to notify
you immediately. I thought you should know
that even with only a very brief investigation {as
we' were only notified last week) of the so called
victim-witness
that Lanna and you have decided to now bring before
the grand jury , we have uncovered the following
facts . 1. She has a history of
drug abuse and as you know has been to re-hab. 2,
Only last week the official police report of the
officer that was called to her house described her
as, after being dropped off by the local drug dealer
at 5:45 am , being on drugs, with bloodshot eyes, and
slurred speech. 3. Her website that she self-
describes herself as 17, and admits to "shoplifting
,lots'", drinks,
has had sex,and will make 250.000 dollars was taken
off the web site by the co because of the suggestive
nude photo that she posted as her representative
headline.( All of this is readily available for you
to see.
I am also not sure you've been told that her father
served federal time for fraud. I reiterate, this
information was uncovered in the past week alone. I
hope you recognize that I am quite surprised by the
recent turn of events, after you advised me almost
two months ago that I was to just "chill" ,advice
I followed and then was subsequently advised that you
were now satisfied that the case was to
"fizzle", LAnna calls , from her vacation and says
we've decided to take the case to Grand Jury.
If I am not mistaken , you had given
me your word that I would both have an opportunity to
show you the exculpatory evidence prior to going to a
Grand Jury and ,that from our first meeting , you
wouldn't bring a "touching" case , ... I would
appreciate the opportunity , at a minimum to speak
with you by phone. and maintain my preference to come
to Forida for a face to face all- hands meeting. .
As you are aware the Holidays (both Passover and
Easter} sit between us and the Grand Jury date of the
18, Therefore a timely repsonse is of the essence. I
hope that you have a good Passover
