sugar mill to start this week , no later than wed...the mbr terrace has to be thoughtful not backhoed, new carpet for main terraces, Clean top of hill and flag pole,, stones gone as well as bottles, heli pad ,, is all done in house no budget needed,, except for cement,,, ,13, location of date to be tomorrow.5 big bismarcks,, heli road repositioned and stones continued

The following are projects that JE has requested.

1.MBR - Clear bush on the lower side of the service road so that viewing from MBR terrace will not be interrupted. Brinsley

2. Pool area - Remove two large white pots. Miles

3. General clean up - Perform a "chicken parade" around the island to pick up trash, bottles plastic etc. Miles

4. Gym. Rework landscaping to improve the area. Focus on pots and agave plants. Julia

5. Gym. Investigate and research square paving stones that are on large mesh supports (Similar to mosaic tiles). If acceptable by JE, remove gravel and pave. Miles/Emad

6. Small salt pond area. Once planted out, JE wants more grass around salt pond. Brinsley

7. Blue shingle shed. Plant out area. Brinsley

8. Helipad steps. Pour cement slab and finish with tile and pebbles. Rework road. Miles to prepare budget for approval.

9. Iguana corner road. Re-bank road once wall work is completed. Miles

10. EDSA company to visit island on 13th. Ask them for ideas regarding spindle palms. Brinsley

11. Move bismark plants from terrace road to bismark planter near tiki house.

12. Remove all marked coconuts from owners road and plant on beach. JE to advise placement.

13. Move date palm from Iguana corner and replant on owners road.

14. Rework tall tree plantation. JE to advise locations.

15. Main Parking area. Build stone walls and window to mimic an old sugar mill. JE has advised location of window, height of walls and finished look required. This project will start once the terrace road is complete. Miles to work up budget for approval.

16. Parking area. Install flood lights on lower side of wall as well as two lanterns on either side of the existing window. Miles

17. View site shelters. Miles to build one sample at the viewing site between beach two and three. Dimensions are 16 * 16 with a maximum entrance height of 7 feet. Roof is to be standard hip with metal roofing sheets. Pillars are square using blocks.

Floor to be tiled. Miles to create budget for approval.

18. Additional pre fabricated shelters. JE wants info/catalogs etc from the following places. classicrecreation.com, portercorp.com, vixenhill.com. Miles/Emad
