FW: Message for jeffrey (with documents)

Hello Jeffrey,

How are you? sorry about last time I know I’m the one who requested to talk to you but I was at work and I couldn't get away to call you back. I called you because I wanted to share with you my reflexions and ask for your advice. Basically, I’m still at Universal it's going pretty well I like my job and the people that work with me I’m learning a lot, I’m still not well paid (1400/months) and I’m still working really hard doing incredible hours. Last week I had to organise the annual party with 800 VIP guest red carpet with press and all, it went really well. A person approaches me to offer a job in an independent label based in Paris and NY affiliated with Universal, they do all kind of activities. They are looking for an assistant coordinator to work in the US offices, they are offering 4000$/month. I don't know if this offer is going to go through but this offer brought me to think again and realize how bad I really wanted to come back to NY, I also believe that there is a chance that a company will need my experiences and we'll apply for a vision my behalf. So I’m thinking of keeping my job at Universal while I’m waiting for the definitive proposition from the independent label, and at the same time start looking for job opportunities in the states.

I know I have grown thought out the years, i have learn so much i know what I’m good at and where i can make a difference and I’m ready to come back make it happen and finally make some money out of it, no matter how hard it is.

What do you think about it? Am I crazy to think that it's possible and i finally will achieve my goal and set up in a record company or management company or tour agent company in the states?

Also could you give a look at the resume and cover letter i put together and tell me what you think?

And last but not least do you think you could pass it on to your connections (the head of EMI, Tommy Motolla...) I know I’m asking a whole lot from you but you are one of the few person I know that could help me making a difference.
