Re: Construction Impediments

In candor the following items are in the way of progress on construction and permitting:

• Approval of using the existing main road from the existing RO area past the gym to the area of the new house and library for all underground utilities, including those to feed the temporary house site, and doing the work right now; Lafayette local is in conflict with DAS on this issue;
• R/O – Generator Building : work order for Maguire and JEE concept approval are needed to move the design and permit process; in hands of DAS;
• Temporary House: approval of concept by JEE needed; in hands of DAS;
• Barging: shift control to Lafayette Local and wean LSJ of reliance on Rampino: see earlier e mail on Boyson
