Dear Mr SLoman .
                             We have drafted a new deferred pros agreement that incorporates , your new 2255 language. It prevents the possibility of Epstein actually being taken to trial as a potential result of a violation of the deferred pros, and be found not guilty. , after the girls have been paid.  IN order  put the girls in the same position as they would be if he would be convicted after trial,  no more no less, is fair,  the language  only becomes effective after the deferred pros expires .  As you stated  in your letter of MAy 19, that it was the states responsibility to determine the length of incarceration,  after much negotiation we have agreed  a time frame , that they believe is fair , contains all your previous retrictions  and we hope meets with your approval.
