Can you please let Jeffrey know that we are approaching fund closings for Hedge Fund Partners (incubator fund) and Fortress Partners Fund. I have gotten approval for a CRT (presumably Community Interests) to invest in the onshore vehicle if Jeffrey chooses to make the investment(s). Subscription docs for both funds need to be submitted by next Thursday, May 17th. Jeffrey had indicated that he would like to invest $10mm in Hedge Fund Partners, of which we anticipate an initial 10% call of the total commitment at closing. He did not provide color one way or another on the Fortress Partners Fund…thanks for you help!
