I successfully "softly killed" the GADECO story. Thx for the swift action oriented advice.
I now have a new idea for investment in this solar drone project. And would like to discuss it with you.
Pl have a look into this material. The relevant part is the drone. The rest of it are pictures and letters which constitute the claim to fame of the technology guy Ephraim Menashi within the founders team.
They would like me to join as Chairman and to consider invest up to $1M based on $13M pre money as part of a round that will raise $3.0M ($16M post money valuation).
I'll explain to you over the phone their financial situation and plans.
