giving the clothes and the guitar
without such evidence, do we undermine that
position somehow? Walter's
said to me that we should just say that the house
manager turned over the stuff
to Ash without authority, but you know how I feel
about that approach to
things.

As a practical matter, I can't imagine that giving
the clothes and guitar to
Ash would really create such problems, but in an
overabundance of caution .
. .

Walter had to take a call from LHW before I could
speak further with Walter
about this, but I figured I'd get your views before
speaking with Walter
again.

Please advise.
