About the beam;

Hi Nadia, the lights on the beam is only possible if we enlarge the width of the bottom beam which is not bad. Don't worry we will make it work because Jeffrey is right and I always believe in the saying if there is a will there is a way. That's why I don't say no right away to my clients because whatever that will make them happy I always accommodate them unless it is impossible. I will open the beam with the sheetrock and see how much space we can put the lights. I will email you as soon as we open the beam. Penn
