LSJ Visit
I have discussed this with Darren and with your permission I
would like schedule a visit to LSJ during the week of February 4th
for the following:
1)
To see the progress made since my last visit a year ago
and to get a visual of all the projects.
2)
Meet with Dan and Lance and go over 2007 expenditures
(went over budget by $ 500k).
3)
Set up the 2008 budget numbers and how we can
streamline some expenditures.
4)
Meet with some vendors in order to work out some better
deals for LSJ.
5)
Discuss with them ways to improve the daily operation
and meeting your expectations.
And anything else that you would like to see improved or
upgraded.
