Please find attached the confirm for the 3x levered basket. Darren, as I mentioned on the phone last week, we needed to put a name and account number on the confirm. If the trade is not going to be done in Mr. Wexner's personal account, but in Wexner Children's Trust or Financial Trust Company, please let me know as soon as possible so that we can give you an updated version for Jeffrey to sign. Please note that the payment date is December 18th, however a signed confirm is needed in the next day or two to ensure that capacity in the underlying managers is held.
