Subject: Final delivery N908GM S76C++
To All:
Ref: Sikorsky S76C++ N908GM,
I just spoke to Chris Shurkus and Sam Ellingsworth at Sikorsky and the
following is "FIRM".
Bill Togher arrives Thursday the 13th to Keystone to start log book
acceptance and interior completion.
Bill is our S76 outside source of
expertise representing us on the maintenance and record research
end.
Darren Rothell and myself will arrive Sunday night Dec. 16th to
Keystone.
Interior and Blade tracking will commence next week, including
ground runs and tracking without interior installed to get a head start and
blade vibrations.
First completed acceptance flight is Dec. 17th. and we expect to Fly away
from Keystone Dec. 19 as completed and in service.
Rich Kahn, I would expect our insurance to be in place by
Dec 10th to cover our machine, we take full delivery on Dec 17th would be
completely our responsibility, after that date. Final moneys will be at Darren
Indyke's final approval of completion documents.
Darren Indyke, would you be available to join us later
Monday the 17th or Tuesday the 18th for acceptance flights? Chris said he will
fwd you completion docs later in the week for your review.
Thank you,
Larry Visoski
