I hope you're well. I lost touch with you again! bummer! Anyway let me know what you think of this-
My friend is currently looking for investors in an energy project. He has an oil exploration and production company, Providence Energy Group (
www.providenceenergygroup.com), with operations in Houston and Central America. They are working in Belize (where commercial quantities of oil has been discovered), with a 25 year contract for 340,000 acres of mineral concessions. Providence is currently in the process of acquiring several oil properties, including a producing oil property south of Houston, which has revenues, production and reserves. The acquisition is very low risk (since it is currently producing cash), and has a high return, especially with current oil prices. The field will repay financing in less than 18
months, through cash flow, and has an upside of about $50 million+ over the next four to five years. The investor will receive 75% of the project. In addition to these fields, Providence has other investment opportunities including a field in California, which will cost $7 million (for 40% working interest in the project) which could pay out about $500 million in the next 8 to 10 years (agian, the investor will recieve 75%). I think they would be a good company to get to know.
I wouldn't pass on an investment prospect if I didn't think is was sound. Please contact me if you may have interest in working with Providence.
If you have interest, I will pass on the contact information to you.
