Re: Mort Zuckerman
thank you for your response... I would prefer to
speak with you. in person... I have a few questions
that I would like to go over with you.... for ex..
why pay maer one penny.... why the urgent need for
money if there are readily salable assets.. i have
asked for a breakdown of how , if i understand
correctly , you and i spenta total of ten million
dollars, in one year, where the proposed budget was to
take us to breakeven,, over three years,, the revenue
shortfall was only , one million,,and the financial
controls , according to maer( I obviously have to
discount what he says} were totally out of his
hands..and in the hands of your very experinced
people. AS I have previously asked,, how is the size
of this
'expense" more than triple , other ventures, I can
promise you that you that this will be resolved to
your satisfaction, IT can be done as soon as your
people provide me , seperate from maers comp. which I
think ridicoulous,, wiht the breakdown of 9.5.million
dollars gone... HAve fun in isreal... thanks for the
birthday message..... ...p.s. your emails do not come
to me directly , so I just got them this morning,,,,

Dear Jeffrey:
Your office tells me that it is your birthday
weekend, so I want to wish you
a happy birthday!I will be in Israel next week and I fervently hope
that you will respond to
the financial end costs of Radar next week because
it is really not right to
leave these people hanging. I have put in the
additional funds and I am
assuming that you will do the same. If you have any
other intentions I think
you owe it to me to let me know.Best regards,
Mort
