I hope you are doing well.

 

1. Yes, this is accurate but it depends upon keeping payments current
2. If you are canceling then I will ask for a very specific detailing.  If you are curious then I will ask for a general accounting.  There is a lot of work involved for a specific detailing.  It is my understanding that 1 a to z cabinet is built (full sized sample) but most of the models, molds, moldings have all been drawn and fabricated to complete this 1 cabinet.  Also most of the cabinet structures have been completed.  Please let me know which accounting you would like?
3. Can you please help me understand the following:

 

a)      Regarding the Office & Sitting Area Woodworking I am told that it will be 100% complete by March 15, 2008 – Will you please confirm that this is accurate.

b)      Regarding the Library Woodworking I am told that only 1 bookcase has been built.  If Mr. Epstein were to cancel the Library Woodworking how much would he be refunded from the $1,050,000 Euro deposit he made back in December 2006.

c)       Regarding the Pool Woodworking I am told that nothing has yet been completed.  If Mr. Epstein were to cancel the Pool Woodworking how much would he be refunded from the $379,500 Euro deposit he made back in December 2006.
