I did not want you to think I was sending anything that was under seal. The attached is on the docket. In this Order 1.5.24, Rakoff after receiving a confidential list of allocations and reviewing the factors, approved the allocations to each victim and ordered Simone to distribute the funds.

He also "ordered" that he has a right to review.

However there is not a single docket entry from 02.2024 forward except for a NYT motion to unseal transcripts. Nothing.
