We're planning on having you fly into Tokyo on Thursday 10/3. Spend the night in Tokyo and we leave for Kyoto on 10/4 by train. We stay in Kyoto the nights of 10/4- 10/7 and return to Tokyo 10/7 by train. We leave for NYC 10/8.

Let me know if these dates work for you and I'll lock in the travel, hotel and other things in Kyoto.
