Thank you for following up on the pre nup. Things were moving too fast for both of us and everyone was making decisions but us. So =and I decided to take a reset on the whole thing and spend some time thinking about it and coming up with something that made both of us happy before involving anyone else. I know its not going at the pace you would like but its going at the pace we need it to go.

Its been going great although very slow as we don't discuss it everyday. I feel we are close to something that should be fair for everyone. You will be the first to know once we reach that point.

told me that your helping with some Sponsorship. Thank you so much! Because of the sport we live in it will be the determining factor on me driving in Spring Cup next year. There is a commission paid to anyone bringing a sponsor to the team. It could go to you,_, a charity or whatever you want.

I appreciate you speaking to Bill. I personally feel that Microsoft would make a great partner and with so much new product coming out from XboX One, Windows 8, Bing, Office, etc it would be great for them. A lot of our fan base is their core consumer. I will also have Sokol follow up with Bill on this.

i hope friday went well with your potential sponsor. any help we can be we will. with re the pm nup , as you arc aware this is a legal contract, will at the end need representation, otherwise the agreement will not be valid . I know and im sure you as well want to to be fair to each other. This is a very specialized field.

Thanks. Unfortunately we were caught in a wreck created by another driver. But that's racing. And thank you for all our help. I'm fully aware of the need for legal council on both our parts and would never let | agree to anything that hasn't been reviewed by counsel and yourself or whoever she wants. Our desire to discuss amongst each other first had nothing to do with avoiding counsel, it was just the realization on both our parts that we needed to do this our way as ultimately it was about our lives.
