we need someone to go around and supervise. lets consider using carlos as supervisor. his job , would be to make sure all employees. are following plans., understand no phones. no garbage on the side of the road. etc. he could get our plans and meet with all each morning and over see daily tasks.

and who will do Carlos's job, it hard enough at the moment with Lester away to cover boat runs also your plans arc continually changing making it confusing for everyone most people call Karen or Ito confirm direction given.I attempt to see them thru out the day, except for Boscoe and Brian who i have been told are under your direct control.
