Can you tell me where you are on the e- mails that Jeffrey agreed to provide couple of weeks ago? I know you were waiting for his return to the U.S. and understand he has now been back a while. I would like to be able to understand anything relating to them so that when I return we can agree on a way forward.

yes, we will provide next week, . emails will show. that in nov 06 , andrew reminded jeffrey that ayh was in contract. and jeffrey asked for a larger Ipiece. 2. we have yet to find even one email that refers to the fact that IGY was purchasing the seller. but are still looking to see if it might have gone to the lawyers. . 3. we are still waiting on the due diligence for the original purchase, correseponence with sun etc/

It appears to me that he would like the emails before they send the due diligence. At the very least, it won't be forthcoming until Frank gets back.
