You are probably aware that I work for Financial Trust Company, Inc. which is run and owned by Jeffrey Epstein. Mr. Epstein also owns Little St. James Island. He would very much like to meet to explain his overall plan for the island. He is available on February 16, 17 and 18 and would like to know if you have any time on any of those days to meet with him. Please let me know at your earliest convenience.

Hi Cecile:

I have a cabinet meeting at 10 a.m., Friday on St. Croix. I can come to St. Thomas after, but it will be challenging getting a return to St. Croix due to the AgFair.

I am overnighting today, and can be available well into the evening. Your thoughts....

The cabinet meeting is at 10 a.m. We can meet at 8 a.m. at the Florence Williams Library, or as an alternative, we can meet at 3 p.m. at my Frederiksted Office.
