Mssg:yr ideas made it but you missed the boat (moron!) tho--the IP owners just hired Boles, biggest shot among this sort of lawyer, to argue the Apple appeal personally; & they're doing all sorts of dealing & finagling w/ the IP. The real issue there is that whoever owns this has a patent on twitter & will be--for a few years, starting in a few years--the richest man on earth. But other targets come first, & of course Apple before all; I don't think they see the real point.

Eric & I have been arguing about which of us did more to screw-up the ph call last Saturday. Could we talk again? Ph or in person? We love hells in Woodbridge.
