I propose to now increase the tax payments – principally IRS by $5MM – total $14MM pay Jan 15 2015

10B Foundation - Wells Fargo bank account info provided previously (see attached). I attach Feb 2015 statements for your perusal. Note that each Wells account has a money market account as well. Linda Kurz is person who transacts in this account. She uses debit card to make purchases, eg Jet Blue, Amazon. We have reached out to her about banking instructions, ie who is authorized. We are also confirming that bank account has no extension of credit provisions, eg credit card. I also attach US Trust Feb 2015 statement. Ralph Lerner sends a check to fund the LDB Foundation Wells Fargo account.
