Quick update from Hospital : moving arms and legs fully with exception of right arm which had reduced action.

With trach tube in he still can't speak but is managing to communicate using alphabet pointing.

I am trying to buy an electrolarynx out here do he can "speak" until the tube comes out.

He looks good - is feisty and frustrated about not being able to get on the phone and speak.

Looks like he will remain in ICU through this weekend when they cam pull the tube.

Have not been able to talk to Chief Medico yet.

He's not pretty but there is solid progress since I was last with him.

Mustache trimmed but intact.
