I have identified three candidates to date with whom I am continuing the process. One is flying and we have not been able to do an interview. We do a complete portfolio for our clients which includes the Predictive Index which is a behavioral index, an Interview and the Skill Survey, a pre-employment reference check. I am attaching the resumes, but please do not contact anyone at this time. I have not finished what I need to do to ensure I am sending you quality candidates.

There are numerous people whom I have left messages. In the next week or so, I should have a better idea of the final list.

I feel these three will give you an idea of the type of Captain I am seeking. Please let me know your thoughts.
