These look good. Just a typo on Jeepers note to =chedule B. Should read "its parent corporation" not "it's parent =orporation."

attached are two supplemental schedules for FTC and =eepers Tax returns they have been reviewed and approved by both =Ian and erika please advise if you are ok with language as =ell thank you

FTC = states that Jeepers was distributed and will now file its own =eturn

JEEPERS - states it was =ormerly a QSUB of FTC and will now file its own =eturn
