A friend with a private chef wants a recipe for a rustic Italian loaf. Can we pull one and send it. Consider it recipe testing...
I think either a lean french batard with sesame seeds would do.

Attached are the French lean dough master, country master, Pugliese and Francese. Any of these can be coated in sesame seeds as needed.
