Hi Rich, This was the 2nd =andidate that I was initially thinking, I have a call into him, The =ther guy scratch„ as he is going to be too junior, and yes his =alary is way too junior for consideration, I have a call into this guy =o clarify his salary. I believe he is much more senior, but I =ant to get an exact number from him as well .. I'm thinking =hat when my Mr. Epstein referred to it as a Senior Accounting =ole that I took it too literal. Might make sense to look more of people =ith a financial officer related title that has partnership =ccounting exposure, just a thought .. Take a look at this candidate and =et me know your initial thoughts„ In retrospect, I think it makes =ense to look at other titles as a Senior Accountant type will be too =unior, despite some similar functionality.
