As requested attached are 3 quotes for work on Big N, also the present=deck and storage conditions 1st quote from Bob Kassner, not to exceed price of $32,600.00 2nd quote from Sub Base Dry Dock for an estimated cost of $40,000.=0 3rd quote from Island Rigging for hydraulic hose and fitting install, =his work would be and in addition to BOTH quotes=/div> Please note the I also recieved a bid for Stainless steel fitting fo= 24K, I did not submit, fittings would out last hoses!!!

please add $2,500.00 for misc items such as wiring, gauges, fire extin=uishes, paint etc, all labor would be in house (LSJ Employees)

My recommendation after reviewing scope of work is Have Bob Kassner do the work, LSJ to support and supply hydraulic fitt=ngs and hoses Barge would be located at LSJ or Red Hook depending on weather and wor=. This would allow us to oversee work and assist when needed directly

At this time the Bilge cleaning, doors, plex glass windows have=been completed, but as the photos show the rest of the barge needs TLC Monday 8th Big N will be brought to LSJ, complete clean will take plac=, it will take 2 days ( in house labor) Carlos will be in charge

I can forward pictures of present condition, wiring, hyd=aulic fittings etc, if required.
