The owner of 22 East 65th Street now occupies the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors. The 3rd and 4th floors are elegantly appointed "to the hilt" with rich paneling and built-ins. See attached 3rd floor plan and 4th floor is similar...(I have not seen the 5th floor).

The East 65th street entrance is quite nice, as is the elevator. All the standards of the building are of the highest caliber.

I have asked if he would consider leasing the floors...and he said he might consider.

The attached photo is not current (the retail tenant is now Roger Vivier... occupying the ground and second floors)

I would urge you and Joe Pagano to have a look to see if you would want to pursue with JE....
