There is no data about number of flight hours of each pilot involved in an accident/incident, but I looked up co-pilot hiring minimums for each of these airlines and compared it to their safety record over 5 years. It's interesting...

Co-pilot hiring minimums: 6 airlines require <1000 hours - ALL have max 3 accidents/incidents & no fatalities per 1,000,000 takeoffs

20 airlines require >=1000 hours - 11 have 4+ accidents, deadly accidents or 4+ incidents per 1,000,000 takeoffs
