FYI:
As you can see Nicolas Sarkozy and David Cameron took their second victory lap yesterday when they visited Libya, further cementing France and Britain's position as the countries whose companies will receive favorable treatment when contracts are given in the $500 billion rebuilding of Libya by the TNC/new government.
With this said, there are still time to get ahead of the rest of the pack.
