In your initial email to JE this was at $18,000 and I see there was a change order added for this in the amount of $3,275.

Please advise if JE is aware of this and if this check has already been given to the vendor.

Please find attached schedule B of the tile contract.

Under price of $18,000 you will find it was based on 600 sq.ft. at $4.75 for $17,100 plus $900 for the stairs.

This was estimated from our sketch plans as we have no dimensioned plans and was subject to field measurements, and the price adjustment as anticipated by the third line under the contract amount.

The actual measured 4200 sq.ft increasing the amount due by $2,850 and we had them make some repairs for $75 and the contractor polished some of the tile we laid with his machine and charged $350 for that day's work for two people and the equipment.

JE is not aware of this and we would like to pay this contractor Monday.
