Further to my earlier email, I would confirm that we would intend, if appropriate, to furnish the letter to the Daily Telegraph and other in house Legal Departments with whom we have been corresponding.

We are happy to liaise with you before releasing the letter, but would be grateful if you would forward same to us in the first instance, as soon as possible.
