JE,
Need advice. Having a meeting Wednesday with someone who wants to do a merger with Brockman, Inc. - a very serious player, and larger than us. It would make very big news in the publishing business. I have no idea how to begin to think about it. No interest in being acquired (and having a job), or pulling the rug out from Max after his one month as CEO, but there are advantages to having more strength in the marketplace.
