As discussed, attached is our FINAL proposal - Revision 6.

This revision includes a change to the entertainment system which includes the ability to stream the video from JE's Pad via Apple TV (vs hard wire connection).

Additionally, it identifies the final negotiated discount for a total of $630,000.

Please sign today and e-mail back to my attention so that I can formalize our work order and start on the entertainment system.

Lastly, the arbitrary deposit made of $250,000 will need to be supplemented by $65,000 to bring the deposit to 50%.

To further our discussion, as a 25% interim payment is due upon "midpoint", I suggest the following:

$65,000 deposit supplement be made by tomorrow reflecting a total deposit of 50% ($315,000).
$157,500 interim deposit be made on Monday, July 15th reflecting the 25% interim payment.
