Attached are documents describing three innovative projects that could yield revolutionary results if funded.

The first project (pl.pdf) involves the search for the fingerprints of life in the atmosphere of planets around other stars. Current technology allows to make a breakthrough in this field with suitable funding within the next five years.

The second project (p2.pdf) involves the establishment of the first research center for black holes (Black Hole Center). Black hole singularities offer laboratories for the unification of Einstein's theory of gravity and quantum mechanics. We currently have the technology to obtain an image of black holes within the next five years, with suitable funding.

The third project (p3.pdf) involves the development of novel search methods for intelligent life away from Earth. Here the idea is to explore methods that were not studied so far in the search for alien intelligent civilizations. Over the past year, I have studied with collaborators a new method to search for industrial pollution of the atmosphere of distant planets, and a new method to detect distant transportation vehicles (based on light sails).
