Just trying to close my fund next week.

My target is 250MM, my ceiling is 300MM — I am already on 286MM in commitments and awaiting from two LPs to hear next Monday (any of them could close the max on 300MM).

Still also awaiting to hear from Bill. Good stuff is that I do not need him
