I like Jes but he knows little of policy, th=re will be witch hunting re. his time at JPM, they need someone who will b= able to recruit talent re for example tax reform. They need someone=who can sit w Ryan on substance. That isn't les and won't become les quickly.

He has core decision to make. Does he =ant to do Ryan traditional Repub stuff for the very high end or does he wa=t to do a 1986 style fair tax reform. Has big effect on what he shou=d choose.
