On another note, it looks like my L'official deal is going through: 50% in the Brazilian (7 magazines: hommes, art, travel, etc.) and up to 25% in the US pre IPO launch sometime in spring 2017. Should I buy these shares as myself, my LLC, or under another name or entity altogether (offshore company)? Brazilian tax laws are tricky when it comes foreign investment, was wondering if you had any thoughts/advice or perhaps could recommend a decent attorney who could help structure these 2 very different deals? One is buying out an existing partner in Brazil and the other is buying shares pre IPO from the French owners (Jalou Media Group).
