52 million Euros is invested in total until now by private =nvestors, they have in total 3.663.000 shares;

274.070 shares are =ow issued and available for existing shareholders/new investors, this =s 6.96% of the total shares.

The new shares are =orth 274.070x42.50 euros=11.6 million euros
