Once you've been made an offer and you decide to accept it, you'll need to fill in the appropriate internship registration request form here (depending on whether you want to register for credit/no credit): https://www.aup.edu/academics/careers-internships/internship/registration/registration-process

Once you submit that request, you should get in touch with Student Accounting Services to pay any fees (I'll be able to advise you better regarding fees once I know when you want to register, and whether/for how many credits). At the same time, I will seek approvals from the Health Office, Student Immigration Services (SIS), Dean Tomasek, and (if you're registering for 4-credits) your program-advisor and faculty-reader. I will also issue the convention de stage, which you, your employer, and finally AUP will sign.
