I'm somewhat flexible while in Milan (should jeffrey be on this side of the A=lantic).

10 is a l=ve13 (the company IP), the others belong to IPTP ltd. I think Comcast works=with level3 and then the routing algorithm decides that IPTP is the fastest=route to the destination.
