Please confirm your sponsorship availability and I will prepa=e the first announcement soon. There may also be a second opportunity in=the Congress Palace rooms at the end of May, 29-30, that must still be=br» confirmed to me, but I think it is too close for a good organizati=n.

Background

The Neupsyco Congresses organized by the Cuban Neuroscience Center, th= Cuban Society of Psychaitry, and the Association MIND — Educat=on and Research in Neuroscience and Medicine in conjunction with the Sapienza=br» University in Rome and the Italian Society of Psychiatry, was establis=ed in 2013 and has run three editions in 2013, 2014, and 2015. The eve=t bring together delegates from worldwide to promote advanced and high level scientific exchange, with the objective of creating an annual internat=onal meeting of clinicians and researchers in all fields of Neurosciences.<=r»

The scientific sessions and exhibition areas provide suitable sites fo= the discussion of issues related to the scientific program, cooperation professors, researchers, health professionals and entrepreneurs from Northern and Latin America, Asia and Europe.

For the 2017 edition, Dr. Gino Yu was invited to get involved with the=br» event. Dr. Yu has hosted the Toward a Science of Consciousenss C=nference in 2009, and will host the new version, The Science of Consciousness, =lso in 2017. Combined with other gatherin=s in Europe and Asia, Neupsyco provides an excellent platform for developing a community of international researchers focus=d upon understanding the relationship between mind and body.

It was decided that the event would take a unique approach to mind-bod= understanding and also leverage the unique opportunities in the host c=untry of Cuba by focusing on creativity and innovation rather than mental accelerate the creative and innovation industries by applying a science-based methodology for investigation and inquiry into creative processes and innovation. Such a program would stimulate new lin=s of inquiry and promoting cross-disciplinary collaboration. The even= would also serve as a catalyst for the development and commercialization of =ew products and services arising from these collaborations.

som= possible participants to our event in La Habana suggested me to anticipat= the dates to November 6-7, to avoid overlapping with the Neuroscience 2016 Annual Meeting in Washington, November 11-=5.

I have =till to check the room availability in the congress palace, but I want to =now before if the new dates can be a problem for you or for your sponsor. </=pan>ln this case we can =onfirm the days of 13-14. Please let me know your opinion and which type of sponso= you think to involve, so to be able to start to prepare an adequate prelimi=ary program and list of participants.
