The issue is that we asked to fix the dock, they said no because of outstanding issues (not related to us) with the dock.

I told Johann why the repair was done and he said that since we are offering to remove the dock anyway that it should be something we can clear up quickly. He just can't make the call himself, so it is on the way to his enforcement division. Once they review it we will get a notice and we will be able to respond and once it's resolved it will be forwarded back to Johann. Hopefully by then we'll have the issue cleared up with DPNR and they will be able to move forward on the application. ACE can't officially start on the application until it is forwarded to them by DPNR. Johann said he would go through the document and see if he sees anything else they will need. I also intend to reach out to F&WS and NMFS and see if they will go ahead and start review that way we can still be moving while they are working to resolve this.
