The Portal at the Lodge needs some =ork. The=main bracing underneath the deck has collapsed. Northern end of the deck has moved approx=mately 6 inches away from the main structure The main canopy is at a 8% lean down the hil=
Perviously it looked li=e the whole deck needed to be replaced, 50K plus Verbal estimate Jose from Solano B=ilders figures he can refurbish without totally destroying deck. 4 of the 6 main up right=posts will be replaced along with Roofing etc.
Estimated cost to repair $14,830.00

please advise if you would simply like to re=air lodge decking (as quoted below), replace or possibly redesign JJ i=itially built deck after damaged from snow storm 10 years ago for cost of =pprox 40,000
brice wanted to do work soon as he believe= this may be one area used for larry's daughter wedding in June aiv>thank you
