In order to meet both schedules, yours and Ehud's, I detail hereunder ours: land at Fort Lauderdale on May 31 at 1:50 PM and go to hotel Waldorf Astoria in Boca Raton.

Event starts at Boca at 6 PM till 9 PM.

June 1 flight from Fort Lauderdale at 11:04 AM.

When we arrive and see the accommodation, maybe you will be able to meet in the room/suite. Upon arrival, I will let you know the number of the room.
