I love getting an email like this from DPNR an hour and 5 minutes prior to a conference call. Anyone have any idea what is going on over there? I'd really like to have an explanation before I speak with her.

im told it was just parked there, stuck returning from tree planting. on the other side. but i m not there.

the trees are landed at the main beach and brought to other side. the heavy ones. cant go up big hill.
